Rubber Air Hoses – Various Reinforcement Layer Styles Available

Rubber air hoses are typically made from Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Natural Rubber (NR), or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) as the inner tube material, offering excellent wear resistance and aging performance, ensuring long-term use of the hoses in various harsh environments; The reinforcement layer can be made of polyester fiber spiral, high-strength synthetic yarn, or high-strength synthetic rope, which can effectively enhance the tensile and compressive strength of the hose, ensuring safety under high-pressure conditions.

Rubber air hoses can maintain good flexibility in a temperature range of -40°C to +180°C, making them suitable for various working environments and temperature changes. This high-pressure air hose is particularly suitable for the delivery of compressed air and inert gases, meeting the needs of various industrial applications.
